Print on demand art

I was just at WDW and I came across the print on demand kiosk in main street cinema in MK. At the time I wasnt sure which poster my son would want the most. The gentleman there told me I could call and place the order over the phone that is on the WDW receipts. of course now the folks on the phone are telling me I cant order those over the phone. I am super disappointed because if they had told me I couldnt order the phone I would have gotten it right then and there. Does anyone know if the person on the phone was just not sure what they were talking about or do i need to call the store directly and if so, does anyone have the phone #?
