Print@Home Tickets ??? - Issue Resolved

a bit of clarification:

The morning supervisor usually opens the kiosks early shortly after their arrival. This is quite often more than an hour before park opening.

The closing supervisor closes the kiosks as early as 15 minutes after park close depending on the supervisor. Just don't count on an hour after close to pickup tickets. This may be an issue of 'the policy is this, but this is what really happens" since it conflicts with phamtom's info and I've personally closed the kiosk 15 minutes after park close.

If you are picking up your tickets, my recommendation would be to do so during park hours or upon early morning arrival. Should there be an issue, GS is open 1/2 hour before park open to correct an kiosk issues.

you can actually call the online ticket store and tell them that you never received your pdf file in your email with the tickets. ask them to change the tickets to electronic pickup. 407-224-7840. have your confirmation number ready and it should be just fine.

Thank you, karatepamy! I called the number above and just told them I would like to change my Print@Home tickets to eletronic pick-up. It was no problem and took all of 30 seconds.

When we have done the print at home option, we just print multiples of the tickets before we go. If they get wet just replace it. :cool1:
