Well writing the names on each Mickey head didn't work. Some names were just to long. So made a chocolate to go with each table name..

Shell~ Voyage of the Little Mermaid

You are more than welcome to use any of my ideas. I liked the paper from Staples the best. And actually the paper for Dark shirts, I think works the best. It holds up better, but is more expensive. Make sure you follow the instructions well.

Several people have Pmd me about the cost of my wedding. Here is a breakdown of the costs.

Site fee- $250- for 1/4 of the ballroom and patio for ceremony.
Prereception- fruit, cheese, crackers- $259.00
Reception buffet- $17.95 adults and $9.95 kids 12 and under+18% food and bev fee, Sparkling cider for me and Df $7.50. Total x 42 ppl= $1377.00
This is the menu:

Caesar Salad
Fruit Salad
Grilled Flank steak with jus
Bourbon Chicken
Pasta Primavera
Roasted red potatoes
Sauteed green beans
rolls and butter
*Wedding cake cutting fee is waved because we are not having dessert on the buffet.
Ice tea and lemonade

Cake is our wedding gift from my Grandma but it is estimated at $290. from Cakes by Annette. ( I am still looking into several other places)

Pink napkin rental- .50x50= $25
Photography by Taz- $575 for 3hrs
Rev Tim- $150
Marriage License- $94
Flowers for wedding party- $95 (I made all of them, they are silk)
Beaute Speciale- $115

Cake topper- $12
Serving set- $15
Goblets-$25
Ring pillow-$10
Guestbook- $12

I will be providing all decorations. My aunt and mom are setting up the night before.
We have spent $458 on centerpieces, favors, tulle, bubbles, pew bows, cameras, welcome bags, invitations. Most were DIY projects.


For a total of $2940.17
Wedding dress and accessories $602

= $4070.00


Tuxes are being paid for by grooms family.

I just popped on to take a look at your budget (still trying to shy away from too many wedding details; lol!). I just have to say that I'm soooo impressed with what you were able to do with your budget! I just finished totalling everything for our tiny wedding (16 people, including us) and it ran us just under $5k (and we didn't have to pay an officiant, my dress was only $100 and we didn't have any extraneous decorations).

I just wanted to let you know that the movie schedule is available at the beginning of the month (or a few days before) and is posted as a sticky over on the camping board.

Thank you everyone! I am so excited. I just ordered my wedding cake. It's by Wedding Cakes by Annette

It will be 3 square cakes with the top offset. Buttercream icing, dots piped on the sides (kinda like Mickey heads) they will be light pink. Rose petals on the bottom of each layer.

The flavors are
8 inch- marble with red raspberrie filling
6 inch- amaretto
4 inch- red velvet with cream cheese filling

I am so excited. She is so sweet and great to work with.

My cake is costing $290 (this includes deliver and set up)
