My daughter and I are planning to devote an entire day to just doing princess stuff. Will we be able to fit all of these things in? It's on a Thursday in Nov so the park opens at 10am (9am with early entry). We'd like to do BBB first thing so that she's all dolled up to meet the princesses...

BBB- castle package, comes with photo shoot and princess M&G
Anna & Elsa M&G
Merida M&G
Sleeping Beauty Castle walkthrough
Lunch at Ariel's Grotto
Pixie Hollow/Tinkerbell M&G
Royal Theater
Royal Hall
Fantasy Faire
Alice in Wonderland
Tea Cups
Snow White's Scary Adventure

What's the best order for this?

Depending on how the popularity goes, you may want to do Anna and Elsa first and do BBB late morning. You may be facing a 3 hour wait after BBB...

Definitely! Unless things very, very drastically between then and now. Even if it improves (as the Merida and Rapunzel waits did) it will still likely be quite a long wait. I wouldn't chance it, and I would do this very first thing. I have already prepared my girls that we might not get to meet Anna and Elsa.

Another busy one is Alice. If you don't do this early, the wait can be quite long.

I would go to the earlier Royal Theater shows rather than the last ones of the day because the characters do M&G. You need to stay in the theater and wait about 15 minutes for them to return.

After lunch at Ariel's grotto, I might pop on the Ariel ride as it's right there and never has a line. It would only take a few extra minutes.

so the A&E M&G opens at 10am that day (according to Touringplans.com), should I use my extra hour to get in line for that right at 9am?

Anna & Elsa M&G
BBB- castle package, comes with photo shoot and princess M&G
Royal Hall - must be right after BBB to get priority entrance
Alice in Wonderland
Lunch at Ariel's Grotto
Royal Theatre - tough to plan, but you must be inside for one of first two performances of either show to meet the princess
Pixie Hollow/Tinkerbell M&G
Sleeping Beauty Castle walkthrough
Snow White's Scary Adventure
Tea Cups
Merida M&G

Fantasy Faire includes the Royal Hall and Royal Theatre, so not part of plan above ... however , you may see Belle or Rapunzel & Flynn outside while the other play is going on

You don't want to reach Merida's M&G just to find she's gone, so ...

Something to keep in mind while planning for the M&G is that I believe Princess bed time is 6 or 7, so you will want to meet them in earlier in the day. Pixie Hallow usually close at 5PM.

I have a hard time believing that you would be able to do the A&E M&G, BBB with Castle Package (including the Royal Hall M&G) and make AG lunch in time.

If I were you, I would do Alice, Tea Cups, Snow White and the Castle Walkthrough during your MM.
I would book the earliest BBB appointment, do Royal Hall. See if the Pixie Hollow M&G line is short. Eat at AG and then return for Merida and the Royal Theater shows.
I would save Anna and Elsa for another day when I didn't have anywhere I needed to be...much less stressful.

I think you'd be ok saving Teacups and Snow White for later in the day, the lines don't get that long. You could do one right during MM, then get in line for Frozen. The end time for Pixie Hollow during November is probably going to be 4pm or 5pm, I imagine Merida will be similar. Many people say that the BBB hairstyles last several days. What about doing Ariel's Grotto the next day for breakfast? Then you wouldn't have to add parkhopping to the logistics.

what happens if a M&G closes at say 5pm? Does that mean they close the attraction at 5pm or stop people from getting in line after 5pm? In other words...can you get in line right up until 5pm and still get in, no matter how long it takes to get through the line.
Does that make ANY sense?

how late do the princess stay at Ariel's grotto? I could probably fit all the M&Gs in if we did AG at 5pm instead of at lunch time.

There will be a time printed in the weekly schedule and they cap the line when they estimate there's enough people to reach that time. You may walk up 5 minutes before it closes and find a short wait, but I wouldn't plan for that to work out.

The line will be closed off at a point for the M&G. If you are in the line, you can see the princess.
AG does not have princesses milling around the whole time. You get a speciifed time...I believe the last lunch is 2ish. You first stand in a line to meet Ariel. You are then seated. The remaining 4 princesses are announced separately and each one stops by every table and then they are gone.
The princesses are not there for dinner at AG currently. It is WOC dining.

My daughter and I are doing this, too, but we may have to pick and choose a little since my sons will be with us and might stage mutiny if I don't let them do at least a couple other things. :cool2:

Question for those of you in the know. We scheduled BBB for 10:10. Park Opening is 8. She is dressing as Elsa. I would LOVE to get a picture with A&E after she's done up, but there's no way we're doing a 3 or 4 hour wait. Any chance, or should I just give up and do it first thing in the morning before BBB?

First thing in the morning. Otherwise you risk a 3+ hour wait.

We were there last week. EMH were at 8am. I was early for rope drop, one of the first into the park and went straight to the Anna and Elsa Meet and Greet. I was within the first 20 in line and I still did not get thru the meet and greet for 2.5 hours. The meet and greet didn't start til 9am, and then every 10 families or so they took a break. It was painful!!! Unless something drastically changes from now til November, I would be sure to give yourself a lot of time for this meet and greet.

Did that 2.5 hours include the hour wait during EMH or was it 2.5 hours from the time they actually opened (so 3.5 total)?

The 2.5 was start to finish, including the time during the EMH when the meet and greet wasn't open. Also, we were lucky and both Anna and Elsa were there, but the cast member outside was announcing that they could only guarantee one character would be there (which was a bit nerve wracking!).

WHAT? :crazy2: That is very frustrating!!!

I don't get it. With this kind of popularity why can't they have 2 sets of A&E? It's so unfair to ask kids to stand in a 2-5 hour line while there are so many fun things waiting to be experienced. Or to have kids anticipate meeting them for days, weeks, or even months, only to find out they got there too late in the day and have to be turned away. Not everyone can simply come back another time. I'm disappointed that Disney doesn't try to make this attraction more easily accessible to their guests. :(
