Just curious, when you book your PS for disney shows...do you need to give a date and time or just the date??

I'm wondering this because I added on the prince/princess plan for my visit in October. Although I can give a pretty good guess as to when I'm visiting AKL and MGM on my trip, I don't have any idea as to what the show times are.

I'm pretty sure I read on other thread that you have to pick a specific show time AND show up a half hour early.
