Help please! I have been looking:surfweb: but I can't find this anywhere:confused:. If is has already been posted and I am over looking it than I am sorry. My dh and I will be taking two of our granddaughters to DL for their birthdays. I went to order the Princess princess: birthday bucket only to be told they have replaced it with a treasure chest. Here are my questions....
Has anyone ordered the treasure chests?
If so what is in them?
Does anyone have a picture of the Princess treasure chest?
Thank you so much!:flower3:

Good Timing - I just picked up the brochure on this to get uploaded onto the site.

The Treasure Chest is cute - I saw them yesterday at the Plaza Inn. They are $15 plus tax and come in fuschia (Princess) or brown (Pirate). They have a small cake decorated with special sprinkles that is it's own "box" which sits inside the chest. You can tell it sits on something, which is a surprise gift. You can get them at full-service restaurants, through Disney Hotel Room Service, and Character Dining locations (which the Plaza is one of because of the Minnie Breakfast and the Birthday thing).

If you search google images you will see what they look like. I think they are kinda cute. Sorry I would post the link but I can't because I dont have enough posts.

I think these are adorable. I told DBF I want one for my birthday. I think we're going to have to schedule a lunch or dinner PS because I don't really want to eat this after breakfast at Goofy's.

Thank you all for your replys. Does anyone know what the special gift is and is there only one gift in it. The buckets had a couple of items so I am just curioius. Thanks again

I'm not too sure.. Maybe the little mirror and compass thingy that is in the picture? Maybe if you call Disney Dining and ask they'll know.

Those are cute! I would take one just for me. to Collect. hahaha My dd would love that.

I thought I saw them at the Bakery on Main Street last week.

Ohh do they? I’ll call Disney Dining and ask. That would be easier to just buy it there and eat it then have it ordered when you go eat at a table service somewhere in the park.

Thanks everyone. Has anyone bought one yet? I think I will have them delivered to our resort room while we are at the park so the girls will be surprised when we get back to the room.

No I believe it is just the resorts on site and some of the resturants.

I ordered one to be delivered to GK on Sunday for my son's birthday. Looks cute..I'll let you know.

They are cute, but very very small.

Also, know that they seem to have displays of them at the restaurants that sell them (you can order it right then and there when you check in, if you need to), so it might not be a 100% surprise, since the kidlets might see it as you walk in. I know at Wine Country Trattoria it would be VERY hard for a kid to miss, as the cart showing ALL of the special celebration things (chests, centerpieces, tote bags with stuff in it, etc) was right there at kid level as you walked past the host area.

Here's a pic of one I took two weeks ago. It was in the bakery on Main St and I was rushed to take the pic so it didn't come out so well, but I hope it helps. It's only the pirate one, I didn't get a pic of the princess one. You can kinda see the apples on the left side ...

Holy cow..that's like..4 inches??

Is that what she meant? They used to have a thing for boys with pirate mickey ears etc and for girls it had princess stuff. But now they just have a lame treasure chest with a tiny cake???

Yep - that's pretty much a good assumption Krissy...

You can buy a party package for an additional cost with more of the items like those that were in the original product. Just with no cake. I have the brochure somewhere that I have to scan in for Kelsie....
