We're off to DLP on the 17th November and I was just wondering if anyone has any idea as to how the PP will be operating. I had read that tickets were being given out with time slots - is that still the case?

Last November, we were just able to queue up in EMH, DH used to go on 'It's a Small World' with DD and then used to get to me just before they opened the doors.

Just trying to be prepared, so that I know what to do as this year!

Thanks!

:cool1:

Following but I reckon we'll be waiting for someone to report back. It'll be interesting to see what way they operate pp with Anna and Elsa being in residence.

I hope there's a system where we don't hVe to wait hours... Is it frowned upon for one parent to queue then another to come find them when near the front...?

Last year, I queued up from around 9.20am, DH took DD on a few rides and were back to me at 9.45 as the doors to the pavilion were open at 10am. with meet & greets starting at 10.30am, no-one had any problem with this and whilst waiting in the queue managed to change DD in to her Princess dress.

I had read they were giving tickets out at the Windmill, but not sure if this is only for peak season.
I guess we will have to wait and see and hopefully someone will be able to report back ;)

If it was me in the queue, I wouldn't mind. Whether it is one person queuing or a family, you will all go in to see a princess together (presumably) so it wouldn't be as if the people behind you in the queue would have to wait any longer.
Even if people did mind, I doubt they'd say anything. They'd rather that than a screaming child because they've been in a queue for 90+ minutes! :lmao:

I think they will do the regular queue system again at the Princess Pavillion.
With the ticket system you had to get your tickets at the Old Mill.
However Merida will be meeting there this Christmas season.
And there's no space anywhere else near the Pavillion to do the ticketing system.
So it's probably just a regular queue line.
And considering the popularity of the Arendelle royals I reckon a 2/3 hour queue isn't going to be out of the ordinary.

Currently waiting in queue, no pre-queue set up this time, just a looooong two hour wait. 42 minutes down...
