Princess meals

Yippee!!! I got CRT this morning! So, that means we have all 3 princess meals booked for our trip in August. I'm assuming the same CM's aren't at CRT as are at Epcot since the breakfasts are going on at the same time. However, I was wondering if the Cinderella at dinner at 1900 PF is the "same" at breakfast at CRT. My kids, 6 and 4, are young enough to believe, but old enough to ask questions if the face characters are vastly different looking! (DD wants to know how the characters can be in both Disneyland and Disney World. Yikes!)

This is a toughie. My kids also now recognise the different faces. Try telling them that she is just wearing different colored make-up today

I must tell you, we've been to the CRT's breakfast several times, PSB twice (some in the same trip), Toontown to see Cinderella and Belle's storytime.

Not once have the characters been the same! Some have actually looked similar but not the same (I take pictures at each meal so that's the only way I could tell, I could never remember).

You can tell your dd's, of course they're the same!!

Half way through our last trip, my DD (4 1/2) informed me that "that was not really Ariel". I was at first speachless then replied "yes it was, it was Ariel". She then informed me that she was not the Ariel she has a picture with from last year. This one is pretending to be her. At first, I was a little sad that she figured it out, however, she still had a great time with all the characters.

So, the faces are different, especially from park to park and especially if you have pictures from prior years that your kids look at all the time.

But, they still love it and cannot wait to go back!!!

P.S.--My DD promised not to tell me DS.

On our last trip, the Princess Aurora/Sleeping Beauty we had at CRT was the same at SBP!!! And she was much more relaxed and friendly at SBP!

I asked this same question last year when I was lucky enough to get both breakfasts...

My older DD 6 would definitely notice and wonder.

What we ended up doing is saying there's only one and the "real" one is at MK and the rest are helpers.

Once she knows for sure the 'truth' I sure hope she doesn't spoil it for her DS whose 3 right now!
