Princess Half Marathon Weekend 2026 (Feb 26-Mar 2, 2026)

I was trying to register my dad and I got that dang shirt glitch. I have the event chose. And I tried switching genders. Nothing is working and it won’t even let me log in to his rD account.

Why does this princess year feel much more intense than years prior? Wonder if it was the Merida factor....🤔

My wife told me last night she didn’t care if we didn’t get into this race. It was either this or the Spring Time surprise and we like the dates of that race better anyway. But that was quite the crap show. Hoping this doesn’t happen next month.

They blew it with the registration this time. Couldn’t launch the waiting room properly, and instead of delaying for longer for people to enter, they moved everyone into the queue too soon. Add whatever issues people were saying about the cache and it’s a disaster. Hope they figure it out for next time.

Someone can dig back to find the actual sellout times but I don’t think they were significantly off from prior years. Usual business, still high demand for these races.

I tell you what, this is a fine group of supportive folks on here. I love this type of community! I was able to get into the half thanks to @azrivest. All of my links still showing over an hour with everything being sold out.
This will be my first in person rundisney race (I’ve done the virtuals) so I’m super humbled at the chance and super excited

However, this whole sign up was a mess. I’d been on the rundisney website since 8am waiting on things to go live. I wasn’t able to actually get into a queue until after 10:30. My nerves are shot.

I may still try the telegram thing or a charity to try and get the 5k or 10k, but not super familiar with those. Gotta be easier than what I just went thru though

Dumb question. If I want to preorder merch, do I have to pay for it now, or do I pay when I pick it up?

Sorting out sellout times now. Queue opened at 10:10…

- 10k sold out at 11:05 (55 min)
- 5k 11:25 (75 min)
- Challenge 11:26 (76 min)
- Half 11:45 (95 min)

And for comparison, sellout times from prior two years. Possible that they were letting more people through at a time.

What a morning. This was my first runDisney registration day. I was able to get my husband and I signed up for the half. I feel very lucky to have gotten in. I just returned from a cruise and have been so sick the last few days. I finally slept well last night and woke up at 10:03 this morning and panicked. I figured I was not going to get in. Disney IT obviously knew I needed that little extra sleep. I got on my phone and got the blue screen. Checked fb and saw that everyone was having issues. So I got my computer and when I went to website it gave me the register now button! I’m so sorry to everyone who didn’t get what they wanted.

Wow - that was stressful. Unfortunately I was at the pay now when the Half sold out so this was obviously not meant to be. Will definitely make sure I have enough posts to receive DMs next time. Really appreciated the community spirit... Now got so start calling airlines etc to see what can be cancelled/changed! Thanks again all :)

That was crazy stressful. I don't know how ya'll do this regularly. This is my first event and I felt like command central with multiple devices and multiple browsers open on each. I feel really blessed to have gotten in to the 5k and for my friend and I to be in the 10k. Running to celebrate turning 50 that weekend!

I forgot since I haven't done it in a few years, how can my wife transfer my registration under her profile to my profile?
