I am staying at the Swan and Dolphin Hotel for the princess half marathon weekend (Feb 25-28). Is it possible for my friends and I to walk to a host resort and use the bus? Or are they "sticklers" about only people staying at the hotel using the transportation. Otherwise we'll take a taxi (we will not have a car) which I have heard is difficult with all of the traffic. Is this true? If so how much time should we give ourselves to get from the hotel to the start? Thanks
