Princess Elena of Avalor?

We saw a LOT of girls dressed like her today - does anyone know if she's coming as a character soon, like she is at Disney World?

Rumours I heard she's going to be in DCA as replacement of Jake (who is Nearly never out anyways). But it was an internet rumour, you never know if it is reliable.

Also, not sure if you're aware, but she's not necessarily a "character" at Disney World. She doesn't do meet and greets, she's just featured in a show. She should start meet and greets at Magic Kingdom some time in the fall.

I think they definitely need her in California too!

An audition announcement went out last week, so I'm sure she'll be at DLR soon.

So now that WDW has an Elena meet and greet on their FP+ list (she'll apparently be with Cinderella), I'd love any updates people find on her at DL. We're going in December and DD would be thrilled.

I think it was announced that she would be in DCA for the holiday season and then staying after. It was in a blog post that Disneyland posted.

The nature of her appearances during the holiday season still isn't clear.

However, it is now known that "Princess Elena's Musical Grand Arrival" will be at 12:35 PM, 1:50 PM, 3:35 PM, and 4:50 PM daily.
That appears to leave precious little time - perhaps a set or two in the morning - for her to meet guests.

We were there over the weekend and the "Viva Natividad" banners had "Princess Elena of Avalor" on them....so I'm guessing she will be there in conjunction with the Natividad festivities.

According to MousePlanet's DL update that came out today, there's going to be a "Princess Elena Musical Grand Arrival" four times a day. I don't know where it'll be at, but it sounds like it's a big deal.

It is just past the Caballeros at the entrance to Paradise Garden Grill.
