Please tell me everything you know (including details about menu) for any and all princess dining. I kinda wrote it off due to the food and cost but the more I think aobut it the more I think my princess needs to dine with the princesses :)

So tell me everything. Also very interested in particulars about the food. My daughter is allergic to milk and although I know they will do things for her, breakfast isn't always the best meal depending on what they have. She can't have pancakes or waffles, most pastries, she won't eat eggs. She will eat cold cereal, toast, fruit, bacon and ham.
Dinner choices are usually chicken tenders for a kids meal since she won't touch hamburger or pasta sauce. she does like most other meats but not many "kid meals" offer them.

I had planned to go to Cape May for breakfast on our last day and Crystal palace on our last day at MK (next to last day at disney). Now I am trying to decide if I want to save extra for a princess meal...

We love the princess breakfast in Norway--it is just one TS credit if you are on the dining plan, and the food is very good. I have only ever done the breakfast there, but can highly recommend it.
On our last trip, we did the Cinderella dinner at the Grand Floridian, and had an absolute blast. The "stepsisters" were so much fun to watch, and there was enough of a selection that even my pickiest eater was happy :)

Hope this helps, and have fun!

We have our Princess breakfast in Norway booked for the 3rd time for May. I can say that we LOVE this breakfast and the fact that sooo many princesses were present for this one last year! The interaction is very good too! Ariel is a hoot! And Jasmine and Cinderella, so beautiful! This year we are also doing the 1900 Park Fare and I can't wait to see the evil stepmother and stepsisters too!!!

This is coming from the family with only one DD who is 11 and two boys!!!:lmao::lmao: We love the princesses! Actually, we really love character meals in general except my DS 8, who does best with the "face" characters such as the princesses, etc.!

The meal at epcot is the one that interests me the most. I have to figure out if it is worth the extra cost.
Has anyone had brekfast AND lunch or dinner there? I would be interested in finding out the difference in food. When they say norweigen food I get nervous my kids won't eat anything! I really would like to get some specifics on the food. I have read the page on the restaurant which scared me off but so many people seem to love it there. How often do you think Ariel is there?

Ariel is present at this breakfast? If that is the case, we must go! DD is a HUGE fan!!!

We loved the CRT brft - very magical in the castle-girls get wands/boys get swords, they have a wishing ceremony. We also did Norway brft.-good,(plus we got to see Ariel w/legs) but not the atmosphere of the castle(cheaper though!) We also did dinner at 1900 PF which is a lot of fun. If you want details on menus/prices for each meal, go to allears.net - you check all the rest. for what food is served, prices, times, and which characters are usually there. HTH! If you have more ques., feel free to ask!

We're taking DD to Akershus for breakfast because I've heard great things about it. Lunch and dinner seemed to get mixed reviews because of it being Norwegian fare. I felt breakfast was a safe bet.

I'm also considering CRT lunch. It's actually really expensive, but the entire castle experience is getting to me :).

We've done CRT for lunch twice and Akershus for both lunch and dinner (1x each). We're doing both restaurants again in May. My daughter can't get enough princesses and we enjoy both of these meals. You can see photos and video of princess interaction on my trip videos if you want to see what it's like at both restaurants.

We enjoyed each meal.

For both times at CRT we met Cinderella downstairs for a photo, then met Princess Aurora, Belle in Blue Dress, Snow White and Jasmine upstairs during the meal.

We love Major Domo's favorite pie for lunch. DD had chicken fingers with green beans and another side that I can't recall right now. They bring a appetizer platter out for the table to share. I can't recall what was on it, but we ate every bite.

Here are pictures of Major Domo's Favorite Pie and the Chocolate Cream Cheese Buckle that we had for dessert.

At Akershsus, you have a photo with Belle in Yellow ballgown before you eat. For both lunch and dinner we had the same princesses -- Ariel in ballgown, Cinderella, Snow White and Princess Aurora. For lunch at Akershsus, they have a cold buffet which includes numerous types of deli meats, a variety of cheese, cold peel and eat shrimp, green salad, pasta salads, shrimp salad, potato salad, etc. (It is the same cold buffet for dinner)

For our lunch entree I had the traditional Norwegian entree. It was very similar to swedish meatballs and quite tasty. At dinner I had the grilled salmon. It was delicious. I didn't take any photos of those entrees, but I do have one of the dessert platter that they bring to the table. I'm sure they would bring something separate for your daughter.
