OK. I have ADR for breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table... However I am having 2nd thoughts about the 2 TS credits for Breakfast... we could honestly use 1 of them for dinner on a later night...

I want her to enjoy dining with her Princesses, I have told her all about it...
What would you do??

Keep the b-fast ADR's

or would 1900 PF or Storybook be better...
It will be my DH and I and our DS 8 and DD 5.....

ACCCCCKKKKKKKKKKK HELP

I would not spend 2 TS on breakfast, no. I read on the board that people were leaving hungry from breakfast. :confused3

What we did was book the CRT LUNCH! It was WONDERFUL, a must do for any family, I think! I had the salmon, and the server let me substitute for grean beans instead of the asian medley. My dessert was this yummy chocolate cream cheese ice cream cake. Yum. I don't remember what my DH had, but my kids all had chicken nuggets, salad, and carrot sticks I think? With this cute sundae with a chocolate crown on top!!!

We had Cinderella downstairs with the photo package (FREE, you get two copies, too!) and upstairs was Belle, Aurora, Jasmine, and Snow White circulating the room.

Lunch is a must do, IMO!!!

We did the breakfast there last year and it was great fruits and pastries on buffet and then hot foods served family style plus I think it was only 1TS. We met Belle, Jasmine, Mulan, Mary Poppins and Aurora - they took a professional photo with Belle - it wasn't included but was a reasonable price. I would recommend this again - we tried to book this year but couldn't get in. Good luck.

Denise:)

to Askerhaus. I am not that familiar with 1900 Park Fare but it can be limiting if you're looking for a wide variety of princesses.

;) I would keep your CRT ADR for breakfast. There is something VERY magical about eating in Cinderella's Castle! My DD is 11, and she still wants to go every year!!

One suggestion, while keeping your current ADR, you might consider calling each day to see if there have been any LUNCH cancellations. (I just snagged a last minute lunch at CRT this way.) Lunch is a better value.

I've also done the princess meal at Norway in WS, and my family didn't think it was nearly as awesome as eating in the castle!!!!!!!!

My DH is Picky.. VERY.... What are the lunch options, the menu I can find only says pick from Options Like......
We're not salmon, lamb eaters... More basic fare...
Is lunch a smart idea???

OK.. I called the Dining line!!!

I managed to get Dinner at Cinderella's Royal Table for Sat Nov 22nd at 8:30 pm..
They didn't have any lunch for ANY of the days that I needed a later meal for!

So I guess I'll be canceling my Bfast reservations..
:confused3 ------------Did I make a smart choice.. :confused3
DH and I looked at the dinner menu, and we think that we can have the prime rib, or Chicken.....

Just hope DD doesn't pass out, she is 5, before we get there.... We don't have any Park plans, so we could always hit the park early, then go back to the resort and nap and then back for Dinner.....

I would stick with CRT breakfast. Like PP said, there is just something magical about eating at the castle. We went 2 yrs ago when my DD was turning 4. We did breakfast at Crt, lunch at Akershus and 1900 Park Fare dinner (not all in the same day ;) ) They were all great and had wonderful princess interaction, but when I asked my DD where she would like to eat for her 6th b-day during our trip to WDW, she said VERY quickly "the Castle, of course!" :rotfl:

I only have experience with the breakfast. We are early risers and get the 8 o'clock reservation and then head to rope drop in fantasyland afterwards. Your DD will have fun whatever you decide! :goodvibes

We were there same week as you and also had lunch at CRT with the same characters! I have to say the food was delicious and the server was extremely nice and accomodating. DMom and I had Major Domo's favorite pie, DD5 had a hot dog with chicken soup, and DS9 had the fish of the day which was salmon. Even though it was one of the "complete" meals that doesn't come with a dessert, they said, "Of course the young prince can have dessert with his meal." He ordered the sorbet and much to his delight, they brought him out an adult size version. Anyway, we had a fabulous time!

we did the stortybook dinning with our dd for breakfast and it was great. the food was good and filling and princesses were nice. we didnt wait long at all to be seated. and now they include a picture with your meal and its only one TS. we are going to try lunch when we go back in Dec. but we really enjoyed that one.

I am not 100% sure, but I think I remember the CM telling me that Cinderella is only at the castle for Breakfast and Lunch. If you go for Dinner, I think the Fairy Godmother is the only character that will be there.

I would try to get lunch, and if not, then I would stick with my breakfast.

Can anyone else verify if what the CM told me is indeed correct?

don't cancel breakfast yet!

Dinner at CRT is only Cinderella in the lobby for pictures. No other princesses. Fairy Godmother and the mice will come out into the dining room for a short show. But that's it. If it's princesses you want - don't do dinner. Lunch or breakfast will give you princesses.

All three meals at Norway are 5 princesses - so it's a good alternative. We enjoyed breakfast there. But CRT is tough to get for breakfast - you are fortunate to have it. You should think about keeping it. (but if you're going to cancel and it's for Dec 7 - PM me! I'll take it!)

I've never been to 1900 for dinner - but it sounds fun (Cinderella, Prince Charming and the step sisters). I would think if your DD is a big Cinderella fan, this would be a good one. But there aren't any other princesses there.

We love eating breakfastt in the castle it is soooooooo magical.:lovestruc @ credits is a lot but everybody should eat there once. I never left feeling hungry. The princesses do not come around during dinner. We enjoyed this meal even when I had just the two boys.

BREAKFAST is wonderful at CRT. We have gone almost every trip . While we never have done anyhting but breakfast, that is because we love it so much. The food is wonderful, every little girl should get to eat in the castle at least once. The photos will remind her of that day forever, and about leaving hungry. If you do, you shouldn't. The food is plated, but also all you can eat. They will bring yo uas much as you want. I am not a big breakfast person, but I cannot get enough of it there. Like I said, I can't comment on lunch or dinner, but the breakfast is soooooo good!!! And 5 is a great age to experience this. I don't know when you will go back to Disney again, but she will only be 5 once, so no matter what you decide, enjoy it and take lots of photos!!!

In a few years, your daughter won't care about eating with the princesses. She is at the perfect age now. We went a couple years ago when my daughter was 4 to The Norway princess breakfast. It was great, and of course she loved it. She will turn 7 in November and we are taking her to CRT for breakfast. I am so excited that we can take her to the castle while she is still at a good age. You are spending alot on this vacation. I would take her to the castle to see Cinderella. They are only little for a little while!

I second that... My oldest started high school this week, and my baby is in school all day now. Time goes so darn fast, enjoy it while you can.
We are doing the castle again and are adding Akerhaus for dinner just because I know that the girls will likely be out of the princess stage or close to it when we go down again (oldest already is  ) My other 2 are are 9 and 6, so I am going to do it all before they too outgrow it...

Thank you all so much for your honest opinions...

I have kept the Ressie for CRT for my DD... I was VERY lucky to have landed it when I asked for it.. I actually landed everything I asked for... hmmmm odd...

Here's how it's all worked out for the 4 of us..

Day 2 - Breakfast @ Chef Mickeys 9am

Day 3 - Dinner at 50's Diner 5pm

day 4 - Breakfast Cinderella Royal Table

Day 5 - Dinner @ the Coral Reef 6pm

Day 6 - Planet Hollywood 7:30pm

Day 7 - Mickey's Backyard BBQ

Day 8 - Yachtsmans 8pm (our 10th anniversary)
