Does anyone know if they'll be selling this again during the next Pirate and Princess party? I cannot get the Specials to come up in It's A Small World for anything!

I think it is just the pin that is only for sale during party times and that WILL be available next party..
The dress will probably be around a couple days

I certainly hope so.

I only got one. I had crashing and lag left and right for a couple hours. Then I had to work on getting credits. I never did manage to get into the party.

Ned's said the dress sells starting the 6th and the pins only sales during the event. I think your safe.
