Hi

Its our 1st trip to Disney and we have a 4 and 9 yr olds girls.

My 4 yr old loves Snow White and the 9yr old not fussed with any of them. Which character should I def do with them, I know CRT is everyone fav but is it worth missing to go else where and see Snow White.

Where can we see Snow White.

Thanks

I say do CRT- your girls are at great ages! We just took dd8 this Jan. and she loved it. It was our fourth time going and this was the one thing she was looking forward to the most out of the whole trip. When the princesses came out, she was so happy she teared up- priceless. If your dds are into the princesses, nothing beats eating in 'the' castle with the princesses. DD believes Cinderella lives upstairs and her friends come to visit in the mornings. I figure this was the last time we would eat there and she still 'believed' in the magic of it all- I know we won't be going back to WDW for several years and she will have it all figured out by then. So, I say go for it. And 4 is such a magical age at WDW- soak up every moment of her excitement. Your girls will both love it and believe me, the looks on their faces are worth it....priceless.
We saw Cinderella downstairs for pictures and upstairs we had Snow White, Aurora, Belle, and Jasmine. Now, none of these are guaranteed anywhere- as a princess may be under the weather that day- but I think this is the general line-up.
You can also ask at guest relations at each park where Snow White may be for greetings that day. She is usually at Germany (?) at Epcot in the afternoons I believe.

We have been to CRT 3 times, and Snow White has been there every time. We have also eaten at Akershus once and she was there as well. We love eating in the castle, so that would be what I would do (as a matter of fact, we will be eating there again in May!).

Snow White does seem to be one of the harder princesses to find. She usually appears at CRT (a bit pricey or 2 TS for DDP) and also in Germany at Epcot, but her line is usually very long and gets stopped very often.

I really hope your dd gets to meet her. Mine was dissapointed that she was the only princess she didn't meet on our last trip. Hopefully this time!

We met Snow White several times last January. CRT lunch, Askerhaus Epcot breakfast, in Germany at Epcot, and in Toon Town (she was not in the princess room, but she was a surprise guest in the room with Minnie, Donald, and Chip n Dale.

I just called yesterday and was able to get a ressie for CRT for 6/29. I was shocked that they had openings. Anyway, when I booked, the CM said that only Cinderella is at the breakfast - no other princesses, but from what I read here, it seems that other Princesses show up too.:confused3

I also asked about the photo package that I heard is included, but she had no real information for me other than "yes, there is a photo package included." So I have no idea what it is.

I also heard that DD might get a "Magic Wand". Is this true?

This is a girls only trip to celebrate DD5's Kindergarten Graduation and the first time she's eating in the Castle. She is so excited.

Can anyone give more info on CRT?

Thanks!

For breakfast (and lunch) Cinderella is there, and you have your picture taken with her before going up to eat. They will pick the best shot and put a 5x7 in a folder along with a few smaller pics (same shot usually) and a 5x7 litho of the castle.

Once you get upstairs, the girls are given a wishing star and a wand (they will use these during the meal). Usually there are 4 more princesses who come around to the tables just like at any other character meal. We have had Snow White, Belle (in her blue dress), and Fairy Godmother each time, plus twice we had Jasmine, and the other time we had Aurora.

thanks so much for the reply.

In addition to CRT, we saw snow white on 3 seperate days in a very secluded place. There were only about 6 other families around on each occasion and it was AMAZING!!! She was the only princess we ever saw outside of CRT. My kids LOVE snow white, and my DD1 seems obsessed by her. As my husband says, "who can blame him with milky skin like that!"

Anyways, all the times were saw her it was mid morning, although I can't remember the exact time, but somewhere between 9:30 and 11:00. Here is the location: Just outside of City Hall (the side closest to the park entrance) there is a quiet little courtyard area with a bench and trellis in behind. She was sitting right there with hardly anyone around, as if she was just relaxing. Everything around her in the courtyard was painted white, so her dress stood out in the most gorgerous way. It was quite something to see as it was totally by chance. It is truly magical to see a character, esp. a princess, seemingly out of the blue. Standing in line or paying for a character meal didn't seem as special as just seeing her sitting in a courtyard almost by herself. Having said this, we went to CRT and had the time of our lives. I would do it again in an instant even if it meant eating crackers for the rest of the trip.

Snow White doesn't seem to be as popular with little girls--harder to find her on merchandise etc... My theory is her hair----little girls are obsessed with long hair. Personally, Snow White is my favorite. Hope you see her in a "natural setting" as we did. BTW, we were there about 1 month ago.

My girls are afraid of her movie!! Not only is the queen mean, when she turns into the witch, she's scary!! Both have seen it one time, and don't want to watch it again, LOL!!

We saw her at breakfast at CRT.

We saw her at the hat at DHS (she's not regularly there though) next to the Queen.

We saw her in Germany.

And we waited in the Toontown line and saw her there too.

When we had dinner at Akershus two years ago, she was not there, which is why we ended up waiting in the long Toontown line for her.

Just wanted to clarify these things. The CM probably meant that only Cindy was guaranteed at Breakfast. We had Snow White, Fairy Godmother, Jasmine, and Belle (in blue dress) at our breakfast.

The photo is included in the price of your meal.

The magic wand is nothing to get too excited about but hopefully your DD will like it. It's just a piece of blue plastic really. But for a little girl...it's fun. DD carried her's around all day and it's in her dress up trunk now at home.
