OK, so with the current exchange rate which is KILLING MY VACATION this breakfast will cost us $744 which is an insane amount of money.
BUT, my two girls are obsessed with everything Princess so I know they are going to love it.

We plan on doing BBB the day before, having done this a few years ago with my eldest at WDW I know their hair and makeup will still be intact the next morning, so we planned on doing the Breakfast on our non park day while they still have their BBB attire on.

Please convince me this experience is worth it. I'll be paying for my Aunt to come along with us, so two adults and two kids (aged 4 and 6)
I've never spent this amount of money on one experience before but kind of want to do it while they still believe that the characters are real and are into all that stuff.

Can anyone offer recent experience of it? My booking window is about to open (tonight for BBB and tomorrow for the Breakfast) so I plan on jumping on right at 6am to secure reservations.

I've debated this as well and can't justify it BUT my daughters aren't in that stage now. I do believe that this price is out of control and kind of shameful. Good luck. I totally get your dilemma. Sorry I can't give you any personal perspective on the experience.

I have not done it, so I can't speak from personal experience. We have it booked for October. I have a thread on here asking if we should do BBB or princess breakfast. I decided to do it instead of BBB. What I will say is that I have yet to read one bad review since characters hugs and interactions came back. In fact, people rave about it. My 6 year old is princess obsessed and is at the perfect stage for it.. so I've decided it's one of those one time special things.

We did it for my newest granddaughter's 10th birthday just after covid, and even with no hugs, and outside meet and greets, for us, it was totally worth it. We were a slightly larger group than you have (8 adults, 2 kids) but no one had a negative thing to say. The picky eaters enjoyed.

"Worth it" is always up to the person. We (same group) also did the "Royal Tea" on Disney Cruise, and that is SO not worth it, and the price is 1/3rd this!

This post from another thread
…. She is 6 and mad for princesses and it was everything we’d hoped it would be. As we left, she threw her arms around me and said “this was the absolute best day ever, Mommy. Thank You.” I cried.
🤣

Motivated me to book for a 5 year old, with her mom and grandma

thank you for all the wonderful replies. I booked BBB last night and now have the long wait tonight to try for the breakfast, It is very stressful!

I am back from my trip. Would I have paid for this before experiencing it? Probably not. Now??? HOLY COW I WANT TO GO BACK! I am a 42 year old woman and I twirled with Ariel! When I went there were 3 princess we saw, Jasmine, Pocahontas, and Ariel. The food was amazing. I am now on a mission to make a lobster roll as good as the one I ate. My friend was gluten free, and she got some amazing food. If you can swing the price, I highly recommend it.

I LOVVVE THISSS !!
I'm 44 years young myself and this has been on the list for awhile , probably going to do it at spring Dapper Days when I stay at GCH when I go solo since mostly and no one else seems to want to do it lol.

I had the same question - thanks for asking! I'm taking 5 children, ages 11, 9, 8, 5, 4. I know the 4-year-old is scared of dark rides and OBSESSED with characters, and I suspect the 5-year-old will be the same. I was thinking of booking BBB on our first day for the 2 youngest and taking just the 2 youngest to Princess breakfast on our second/final day. The smallest children will have the most expensive trip 😂
