Prince Edward Island - name of ice cream

I was just craving ice cream and the best ice cream I ever had was in Prince Edward Island - but I can't remember the name of the ice cream place!! So now its driving me crazy trying to remember. It was a chain and had several shops.
Can anyone help me with the name??
