Primo Piatto

Having troubles getting dining at Hollywood reserved around Christmas. We are staying at pop.
Is this counter service easy to get to from the skyliner and is the food pretty good? The after 4 menu looked decent to me.

Yes! We enjoyed it very much. We were at Epcot on Thanksgiving without a reservation and QS lines in the park were crazy. It is an easy ride and the food is very good quality. The mobile app order worked well and there were plenty of tables and a good atmosphere; not crazy busy like the parks. At lunch, there was not a big wait to go through security after eating, and the Skyliner was fast.

It is easy to get to from the skyliner unless it is raining, windy or there's thunderstorms/wind in the distance and they shut the skyliner down. We enjoyed everything we ate at Primo Piatto, especially the grilled veggie skewers.

Is mobile ordering a requirement? If it was raining we would not go.

At Primo Piatto and Bar Riva you don’t need to mobile order (you can’t at the Bar). I do recommend the margarita and wings from the Bar. I was also told you could order the things from Primo Piatto at the Bar too.
