Primetime shuttle

Has anyone ever used Primetime Shuttle? I see a lot about Super Shuttle posted, but not much about Primetime. Right now Primetime is offering a special where kids 12 and under are free, so it would definitely be the best price from SNA. Anyone used them? Did you have any problems? Made it back to the airport on time?

We have used them our last two trips. No complaints what so ever! They were ready and waiting as soon as we collected our luggage. And the night before departing, they called and confirmed times for pick up from the hotel the next day. We have been very pleased. Oh, this was out of Long Beach both times.
