Prime Now & Strollers

Hi There, I heard that some of the hotels will no longer hold your prime now or grocery deliveries, is this still true? Also, along the same lines we used Orlando Stroller Rental, will they hold our stroller rental until we arrive or do we have to be on site to accept the delivery? thanks so much!

Bell Services will keep your grocery deliveries for pickup... They will charge you $6 to deliver to your room.

For stroller deliveries, you will need to be there to accept the delivery. I would contact the rental company to confirm.

From the Disney website: "Guests who rent from our Disney Featured Provider, ScooterBug, do not need to be present when the equipment is delivered to the Resort hotels. ScooterBug will work with Disney Resort Cast Members to manage deliveries and returns of rented strollers, ECVs and wheelchairs. Guests who rent through other vendors will need to be present when the equipment is delivered."

I believe Orlando Stroller Rental might have a location at the airport to drop off/ pick up the stroller.
