Prime Now Delivery - Is Amazon and Whole Foods 2 different delivery times/tips/etc?

I have ordered from Prime Now in the past and it was ONLY from Amazon and it was fine. This time, Whole Foods has better prices and brands for some things. For those that have ordered from both.... are there 2 different delivery times and drivers? I’d like to order from Whole Foods for some, and Amazon for other things, but I don’t want to wait around for 2 different deliveries if it’s exhaustive.

I just looked and the Whole Foods delivery charge is $30 to Disney. Is there a service provider that will deliver cheaper than going right through Whole Foods?
