Pricing questions

Ok, looking at heading down to DW for the week after Thanksgiving. I have checked the Disney site a few different times for prices on a value resort. The strange thing is I seem to get different pricing each time I go back. Do they price based on the time of day you check pricing or something?

Just looking for a little trick to save a few bucks...

It's all based on current availability. Changing a start or end date will cause different options to be come available, such as room type and even rates. Cancelations and new bookings will affect this too.

Hmm, wondering what I should do, book it or wait to see what happens. It's about $70 more right now than what it was this morning. It was actually about $100 more last night than it was this morning. Kinda like throwing the dice in AC...
