Pricing of Vintage Cinderella VHS

My wife just found a 1988 Black Diamond Cinderella VHS, still sealed in plastic wrap. I was looking on eBay to figure out if it is worth selling, and I can't make heads or tails of what I'm seeing. Some of the sales of the same tape have gone for 3 bucks. Others in the same time-frame went for $4500! There's nothing I see that's different between the two listings beyond the number of pictures shown. Does anybody know what the difference is, why one went for so much more than the other? And how would the fact that it's still in plastic wrap affect its value?
