I live just north of Cincinnati.
I have no idea how much Ben and Jerry's is, but Breyer's is $4.99 a gallon -- I get it only when it's BOGOF.
59 cents for butter -- surely you mean margarine! I only buy butter when it's seriously on sale or at Thanksgiving or Christmas, but it is well over $2 a pound.
Do you know how lucky you are to get milk for $2.49? Aldi is charging $3.49 here, WalMart is $3.67 and my regular grocery store is $3.99.
Ground beef is around $2 a pound also unless it is on sale. I only buy roasts on special, so I'm not sure about them. I'm picky about coffee brands, so I have no idea how much a big tin is.
BTW, I live in North Carolina. I have no idea why our groceries are so much more than in Ohio.
