Prices of character breakfast

Can anyone confirm character breakfast prices? I looked today and the Disneyland app says the breakfast prices (Goofys kitchen, plaza, and storytellers) are 35.00- 59.99. This is the same price as dinner...I usually go with a character breakfast because they are half the price, at least I thought they were (they were at WDW)....and we love breakfast, but $60 per adult is steep! Have they changed pricing or is it a glitch on the app?

I went to Plaza Inn back in December. They only do breakfast with the characters. It was around $30ish with my passholder discount.

Plaza is $34
Goofys, Mickeys & The one at PPH is $39.

This is before tax and gratuity.
