I think there are a bunch of different options out there starting with a basic package? (something about old world classic miniatures, which I would love to know what makes them old world/classic and also miniature what? dessert? cakes? cookies? Frankly, the name of it reminds me of mini houses or antique toys or something! Not dessert and I laugh everytime I see it posted on here!) I've also seen fondu mentioned as well as these GORGEOUS mini cakes with hand decorated butterflies that Janet2K posted. I know she had them for a different event, but I wonder if they could be made for Illuminations too!

Also very curious on the cocktails, beer, wine, etc because I would like to have a mini "cocktail hour" or more like 1/2 hour for my guests since i'm doing it as a rehearsal dinner too. If it's outrageous then there's no way we could budget it in. Thanks for posting this question!

I did Old World Classics in Miniature and the fondue add on plus I added a dozen chocolate chip cookies for $60. I made a few other changes like ditching the melon with the fondue and adding extra strawberries.
I tried everything!!!! That's why almost all my dessert party pics are of me at the buffet! The fondue was a little runny for my taste but I still ate the heck out of it. Chocolate and strawberries are my life's passion. lol!

Notes
• Signature Wines that are prefaces by an asterisk (*) will automatically be served with the Signature Bar Option. With advanced notice, any of the wines listed under the Signature Bar may be substituted at no additional charge.
Cash Bars
• Cash bar pricing is available upon request.
Labor Charge
• A Labor Charge of $100 per bar will be applied for all Hosted and Package Bars. This charge shall be waived should beverage sales exceed $500++ per bar.
• Additional bartenders can be requested for a service fee of $100 per bartender.
Standard Pour Size
• Walt Disney World’s standard alcoholic beverage pour is 1¼ ounce per drink.
• Requested mixed drinks (i.e. “doubles”, martinis, etc.) that include more than 1¼ ounce will be charged accordingly.
Responsible Vendors Act
• Walt Disney World® is the only licensed authority to sell and serve liquor for consumption on the premises. Our catering staff to ensure compliance with Florida’s Responsible Vendors Act will host all types of bars.
Special Request Beverage Notes
Wine Service
When wine service is requested to be poured table-side at plated or buffet dinner events, wine will need to be purchased and charged “Bill on Consumption” (BOC) based on the retail tier of the bottle of wine++.
*If additional bar service is required in that function, it would need to be charged as “Bill on Consumption” or “Cash”.
Corkage Charges
Any group wishing to bring in their own product will incur a per item corkage charge and service charge based on the retail price charged by Disney Resort Destinations or its affiliates (“Disney”). Corkage charge is applied to all product brought to the event, and service charge is applied to product opened at the event.
Per item Corkage Charge:
Beer/Soft Drinks/Water $00.50+ per bottle/can
Wine $20.00+ per bottle
Liquor $20.00+ per bottle*
*In addition to the per bottle charge, there will be an additional charge of $2.50+ per drink (this covers mixers, ice, garnishes, etc). Liquor service charge is based on 27 drinks/liter.

It may be possible for Walt Disney World to order product that is not included in our standard beverage offerings for your private event. Speak to your sales or services representative regarding lead-time and availability.
Quantities of special product must be guaranteed prior to the event. All product ordered will be billed to the client’s master account.
Liquor:
There will be a charge of $25.00+ per bottle. Individual drinks will be charged according to the WDW tiered beverage prices based on brand.
Beer and Wine:
The client’s master account will be billed for all cases of beer and or bottles of wine ordered.

Skylarr, thanks a million! Ok, so I hope this doesn't make my wedding attendees sound like alcoholics (even though we ARE from Texas, so we do like our beer and margaritas! ), but instead of doing the food for $19.50, can you just add the bar package for $19? Our guests will almost all (with the exception of 2) be adults, and having come from a huge plated dinner with wedding cake, I just think everyone else would enjoy a evening cocktail or two more. Additionally, I was going to try and have DF groom's cake delivered to the dessert party, so actually we would have some food with our booze.

Anyone know?

Well I don't see why you couldn't just have the bar as you would be reaching the minimum although I am not 100% sure. I think that is a good idea. The grooms cake depends on the type of filling and the month. Due to heat most cakes can not be kept outside for a certain amount of time etc. due to safety concerns. I would ask your planner to be certain but if it is a cooler month I would think you would be allowed except that every filling choice might not be available to you.
