Priceline Question

Just curious. On Priceline, in Universal area which seems to
include most of International Drive, what are some of the 4*
hotels which people have received?

I did go to biddingfortravel.com but there are no posts on 4* hotels in the Universal area. When you go to priceline.com there is a 4* category for UO area. I was hoping someone here on the
DisBoards might have some info.

I have no recollection of a 4* hotel coming up on Priceline in that zone. Of course that is just from watching the winning bids on Bidding for Travel. The only hotel in that category is the Renaissance Orlando Resort across from Sea World and this is rated a "Resort" property. Perhaps this hotel was rated 4* at some time in the past. Of course, there may be a 4* available, but the rates may be so high that we never see "informed bidders" getting it on the BFT website. I wonder if the Peabody Orlando could be a 4*, but have never seen it appear as a Priceline hotel.

Nope, no 4 stars just the one Resort level, the Renaissance, in the USF area. Their 3 stars are all pretty good, though, and can be had for a song.
