Priceline...need help!!!

In my first attempt to bid on a rental car through Priceline, im having a bit of a hard time.

I entered my bid and my info...then it said it was "negotiating". After that, a screen popped up that basically didnt say (from what I saw) if it was accepted or denied.

It gave me multiple other companies/car types and prices to choose from.

Does this mean it was denied and I should try again?

Nevermind yo...I received an email saying my initial offer was denied.

I was starting to panic when it didnt instantly tell me "accepted or denied".

Thinking...okay???? Well was I charged or should I do it again???

have you looked at hotwire? I usually look at them first.

Did you put in a really really low bid? If you have time before your trip I would try again tomorrow. Generally I usually do about $10/day cheaper then what they suggest and have had good luck.

Try looking at biddingfortravel.com. They have some good tips and hints. They also have recent winning bids and which hotels that people won for which star rating.
