I was bidding in the NYC area and ended up with a 2* hotel in NJ for $61 night. (Homestead Suites) The problem is I have been trying to contact this hotel for 2 days and the phone answers and says that the front desk is closed! I called Priceline back and told them I was concerned about this property because of not being able to contact them, etc...bad reviews on tripadvisor, etc.... and they said they would look into it and get back to me. They said if I wanted to cancel it they would charge me $75, but if I rebid and won another hotel for the same dates, it would only be $25! Anyone have any experiences like this using pricline?
