Priceline for Hershey Park

Has anyone used Priceline for hotels around Hershey Park and Six Flags NJ??
I'm leaving for Hershey on Saturday need a room for 2 nights, and Six Flags for 1 night on Monday. Any thoughts or experiences would be great.

No, I haven't, but I'm planning a trip (hopefully) to Hershey in Oct! You'll have to let me know how your trip went, what you enjoyed, what you didn't, etc. Sure sounds like a fun trip to me!

We spent the day there today. We live pretty close, so I can't help with hotels via Priceline, but did want to tell you to buy your tickets at the Giant grocery store. You'll save $10 per ticket off adult tickets. I'm not sure what the savings are for a child's ticket though. I know it's not as much.

Perhaps you can get tickets for less via a hotel/ticket package, but if not, I thought I'd forewarn you.

Is it $10 off any adult ticket? We will be going to Hershey Park for two days, so I was considering the Two-Day Flex or the Consecutive Day tickets.

I booked a hotel a little further away, in Jonestown, but it's only $75/nite.

I used Priceline for a weekend trip to Hershey 3 years ago. I got $75 a night for a very nice suite style hotel room - a big chain, I don't remember which one (I think it could sleep 6), and it was only a 5-10 minute drive to the major attractions.

We didn't go to Hershey Park (it was just DH and me, he doesn't ride roller coasters) - but it's a great area. Have fun!

I just called the Giant store in our town and they only sell the 1 day tickets.

It's $10 off each adult one day ticket.

I know Hershey has a preview plan. Something like you can go for the last 3 -4 hours of one day and go the entire next day for that one ticket price. I'm not sure how it really works though because we've never used it. Maybe someone else can help out there?
