Loking possibly to go 3 weeks next December from around the 12th. I can get a townhome for around $3000 - 3 beds & bath with kitchen, washer etc. Have only ever rented at WH (I like the location) - can anyone tell me how the price compares with villas further out? Not sure which are good areas/villas to compare with.

Thanks

last time we went over we stayed in lindfields. looking to go over in november, found a villa we like for £325 a week. 3 bedroom with pool. not sure where WH is but lindfields is only about ten minutes drive from disney.

Depends how fussy you are with what you want. Do you want to know the exact property you are going to? If you are just happy with anywhere in the W.Hills/W.Palms area then do a 4* search on here for your dates www.travelsupermarket.com/hotels comes up with 3 bed properties from about £40/night incl tax in the Windsor areas.
If you want to know which property then you will have to pay more.
Costing us about £60/night at Easter for 2 beds because I wanted to be sure the condo had everything we wanted in WH, could have got it for about £30-£40 if I used the above site.

Villa prices can vary so much, having rented and enquired about a few over the years.
It can come down to location, size of bedrooms or simply how much the owner prefers to charge.

Our next rental is March in a 5 bedroomed home at Indian Creek, although it's too big for us we got a great price because we have stayed with the owners before.

A 3 bedroomed home should be £100 per week or so cheaper than a larger property but it can depend on where you stay - Windsor Palms homes for example always run slightly more expensive than many of the other communities around the Formosa Gardens area.

Thanks for the link Wayne - although I think I would prefer to know where I was staying beforehand - especially as it is over Christmas. There is only a splash pool at the home and it works out about £64 per night depending on the exchange rate.

Just wondered if we could get perhaps a full pool for around the same price but it is over Xmas & New Year.

Thanks for the replies.

Hi. We stayed in a villa at Haynes City. It is about 25 Min's from Disney. It cost £400 per week then (£57 per night). Nice big pool. We are going out again but will be leaving their on the 4th December. Hear is the link for it. We loved it.
