Hi all, hope you're all well!
I'm sooo tempted to book a trip for May half term, but I'm really struggling to get quotes on the Disney page - it either says no availability or will only give me the davy crocket as an option.
We want to say in the sequoia lodge, although I'm aware we can't get a quote online for this - we are a family of five but need a disabled room which I know they can cater for. A rough guide price at one of the others will be ok though, till I can get into a travel agents. I don't really want to go along without having an idea of what it will cost (have to book in travel agents due to the disability room, and because I need the reassurance that all the help we need will be sorted for us!)
Pretty sure it won't be fully booked already, is it most likely because of how far away it is? They have a free 2 days and nights offer on for that time so surely they are taking bookings now?
Thanks for reading!

i think the best thing for you to do is phone Disney on their booking line before you visit the travel agent - as you need an adapted room for 5, those rooms won't be available to book online anyway, so if you phone DLP they'll be able to check hotel availability for your dates and your party requirements.

I'm curious, what help will you get from a travel agent that you won't get booking directly with DLP?

Its possibly because the number in your party exceeds the number allowed in normal rooms (unless you have an under 3 normal rooms only sleep 4) so thats why its only giving DCR as an option as the cabins sleep more.

As Elaine suggests the best option is to phone DLP for a price or try and price up for 4 and see what type of price you get and then add extra on

Possibly nothing, but I'm not great on the phone, and I'm worried I'd forget some vital piece of information! We need the airport assistance, and we can't use the normal transfer options. I've always just gone instore to book.
I know Santa Fe have rooms for 5 that can be booked online, as do apparently Newport Bay (although I've never stayed there)

yes they do, but if they are not coming up in your search, then they are already booked for your dates (the family rooms tend not to get any discount deals applied to them either).

Write down what your requirements are before you phone DLP, and ask them for prices :).
