Price of matted MVMCP pins

Could someone tell me how much the framed pin sets for Christmas go for?

Do these sets consist of one pin from each of the MVMCP nights?

Sorry- I have heard mention of the framed sets but have no idea what they consist of. Thanks.

The 2004 set sold for $200 and is one pin from each of the nights.

Thanks Cheshire. Now I know the parties have increased in number every year so does that mean the pins sets are larger?
