Because from reading Disney World travel guides Cinderella's Royal Table is the hardest restaurant to get reservations for breakfast

That has not been true since Topolino’s character breakfast tbqh. Topolino breakfast might well be the hardest ADR now period. Not that CRT breakfast is exactly easy to get but that info is outdated
