Depends on how desperate people are to sell.
I think it's far from a given that resale prices will rise by that same amount. Normally there is at least a $10 spread between direct and resale pricing. For the AKV contracts you mention, that spread is only $4 ($92 resale, $96 direct). That low spread is probably driven by people who cannot afford to sell their AKV contracts lower due to outstanding loans.
