Does anyone know the right buffet price for the Akershus breakfast and the Ohana breakfast? The adult meal please!

Ohana: Adults $22.99 Children 3-9 $12.99 Under 3 Free

Akershus: Prices $28.99 for adults and $17.99 for children (ages 3-9)

I'm not sure if those prices include the special "holiday surcharge" that's on through July 12 -- supposed to add $4.00 per adult and $2.00 per child.
