Has anyone experienced cheaper groceries shopping through one vendor vs. the other? Garden Grocer has their prices posted , Wego will shop for what you want at the store you request. Assuming Wego shops at Publix or Walmart, is there a big price variation between the two for the same groceries?

I would assume WeGoShop will be cheaper. I know when they shopped for us, they used their Publix discount card. So, if Publix had 12 packs of Coke for 4 for $10 you would pay $2.50 per 12 pack. Plus, they show you the actual receipt for your stuff so you know what they paid.

Wegoshop is cheaper. When I used them they shopped at Wal-mart and I was charged the exact price they paid Wal-mart and then they matched the shop & delivery charge that Garden Grocer has (GG charges $12 for delivery. Wegoshop charged $22 but said she would price match).

Marge was on time and called when she had questions.

Thanks for this info. I haven't read anything about prices between the two. I think I will give Wego the business based on cheaper groceries. :goodvibes

Another thought on wego--if they shopped at Wal-Mart, they could pick up non-food items as well. I'm thinking stuff like Tylenol, ponchos, sunscreen. I know I would have a heck of a time finding ponchos or pool shoes up here in the Adirondacks this time of year!
