If we are able to secure a CC cabana (sailing concierge) and for some reason the ship is not able to stop at Castaway Cay, the cabana isn't charged to us, correct? I wouldn't think so, but someone in person today told me that it was, so I figured it was best to come to you experts! Thanks!

They put an initial charge to hold the account, but if you are unable to use it due to the ship not docking, you will get a reverse charge back to your card on file.
