pressed penny scrapbook?

is there any kind of combo scrapbook/pressed penny book? my DD wants to turn hers into a collection and I thought I scrapbook would be cool too. of course I did

The WDW parks sell a pressed penny book ($6 or so ) ... it holds 36 *smooshed* pennies and 6 *smooshed* quarters as we like to call them.

My g'kids collect their pennies in the book ... I collected a few and intend to mount them on scrapbook pages ... FW penny on FW page and so forth.

I understand you can use two of the CM's large photo corners to hold a penny ... haven't tried it yet ... I am WAY behind on my scraping!

You could also use a small memorabilia pocket to hold the pennies in your scrapbook.

You can also use a slide mount, as it is the perfect size. I use the slide mount as a "frame" for my penny and adhere my penny with a glue or pop dot.

We ahve a ton of the pressed pennies and I was wondering what to do with them. We have the penny book but it is just tucked away. Now that I have 2 trips to scrap I think I'll get them out and use the slides to frame them.

Check out this layout posted at two peas. I found it awhile back and added it to my book of scraps for just the right occasion. I think it's neat the way she made her own paper by scanning her own pennies.
