Pressed penny machine?

I've read that the vending machines are back to being available at the port- is the pressed penny machine also available?

This past week on b2b on the Dream (sept 20 and 24th) the pressed penny machine had out of order signs on them. Also these 2 machines still appear to require quarters and pennies whereas at the parks credit cards can be used.
