When of my co workers just book his trip to disney world and has the dream maker package platinum he was wondering what is the presonalized pre-arrival itnerary planning is and what do they do?

A. Yes. A Platinum Plan Itinerary Planner will contact you prior to arrival to help you arrange dining and other activities, saving you time and effort planning your Walt Disney World ® vacation.

Before the Platinum package came into existence, it was called the Grand Plan. I had Grand Planned twice so I know that it is a wonderful package (even though now it is called the Platinum package). Disney will try to make the Platinum package participants' dreams come true. If your friends give Disney enough notice, that is, more than 90-days in advance, just about any PS reservation that they want can be had. The more notice the pre-arrival folks have, the better. That is a key point that you need to get across to your friends.
