We're planning another Feb trip but this time it will have to be around the 14th because that's when DH's family will be there. :rolleyes1

How is Presidents Day? I know it's blocked out for Deluxe & SoCal AP's (we have Premium) so does that mean more or less crowds?

More crowds, definitely more crowds. Many WA State schools have that whole week off now as "winter break". The parks are very crowded that weekend, and continue to be slightly more crowded than normal the rest of the week. I was there last year on Lincoln's birthday (Monday after President's Day) and was surprised by the HUGE crowds. I guess CA schools have that day off as well. :sad2:

I really would love to find a day at DL that isn't busy anymore. :confused3

::yes::...any 3 day weekend its always packed...doesnt matter if its presidents day or foofoo day...

We are from Washington. I have to say, I have really hated the mid winter break thing, because we usually never go any place. Then the last day of school is always so close to the end of June. But this year is our last year with mid winter break, so I decided to go for it, and booked us for 7 days at HOJO's. I know it will be super crowded on the 14th, which is our arrival day, but we are going to go in, and go on Pirates for sure, and have dinner, or desert at the Blue Bayou because it is the last day before they close down for refurb. The rest of the trip will be totally at our liesure, so we will go at our own pace and not let the crowds bother us. That's the plan anyhow.
