Prepaying ??

How do I go about prepaying my onboard account? Is that possible? Can I use Disney Gift Cards to do so?

Do you know the payment order in which the onboard account is settled at the end of the cruise?
1. Shipboard Credits ($150) in our case
2. Disney Gift Cards (deduct any prepay account balance)
3. Remaining balance charged to Credit/Debit card on file.

Are there any funds “held/frozen” on the Credit/Debit card on file?

Since this is a 2 room trip any tips on how to keep the charges together under one account?

If booked directly through DCL just call them and apply amount you wish to prepay either on cc or gc (keep these though if you are due refund at end they can only apply to original form of payment). If you used a TA they may need to contact DCL with the info.

You are correct in order the credits/payments are applied to account.

You can have one cc for all rooms. This can be done on your online check in (provided reservatipns are linked) by just selecting you'll be paying for them Each person will have a state board account that will be tied to their keycard. But the OBC will be directly linked to whoever a name it is in. The prepayment can be made to anyone you wish and you can tie everyone together under one cc for the rest. When you get the final bill it will show all the charges listed by person but all be taken care already by the prepaying but if not charged to just the one card.
