Prepaying a stroller rental on the first day?

I thought I read on these boards that you can pay for your stroller rental on the first day of your trip, so you don't have to keep paying every day at the parks. Am I wrong?

My SIL did this in June and it worked out great for them. I have read more about it on here somewhere, too......

I believe that I as read on the boards somewhere that it might also be discounted as well. And that you won't have to wait in line to get your stroller after the first day.
