preparing toddlers

we are going in Nov, our kids will be 32 months old. We were thinking of taking them to Sesame Place in the summer to kind of prepare them. I have to say my kids are pretty fearless, with rides and usually run right up to characters at a bday party. has anyone done this, and has it been helpful? Thanks

I got ds ready by having him watch the Disneyland Fun Sing Along video and other Disney videos. The Disneyland Fun video shows the characters and the attractions in the park so he got used to seeing them. I was trying to "Disney-ize" him as much as possible so he would recognize them.

He is almost 3 and can't wait to go on the "Choo-choo rollercoast"!! (Big Thunder Mountain is in the video)
Now he just has to grow 2 inches before our next trip in August so he can go on it!!

my son has been to hershey several times already

Im thinking this will help prepare him for rides anyway

Im told sesame place is mostly free play and mostly water...but it would get them used to big characters Im sure

Our youngest DD was 26 months old on our first visit and this is exactly what I did! She watched all the Sing-a-long videos and the vacation planning video over and over. The ones she liked best showed the characters interacting with kids
-Disneyland Fun
-Camp Out at Walt Disney World
-Beach Party at Walt Disney World
-Flik's Musical Adventure
Unfortunately we have misplaced the Flik video and I can't find another one anywhere Do any of you know where I might find one?
