Some friend prepaid for their reservation at Cinderella's Royal Table. They have now added the dining plan to their package. Is there any way they can get their money back? Do they have to phone Disney or can they do it when they get there?
If they can book a new reservation at (about) the same time, they can book the new one with the DDP and then cancel the original ADR and get a refund in a few days.
If there is no availability for a new ADR, then PP's suggestion will work just fine.
