PREPAID CARDS ( VISA) A Problem?

Some of the cards charge a fee and if you don't use it over a certain time, the balance is deducted in fees.

Not sure which one the prepaid vs the gift cards, but if you read the fine print on them. (I was in a really long line at walmart once)
