Hello! If I wanted to order a wine package AND order things to be left in our stateroom when we arrive on day #1, is that charged at time of ordering or billed on our on-board account? Thanks! Cheers!

It's charged when you order it. There is a form you have to fill out and either fax or mail in with either a check or a c/c number. It's a little silly that you can't do the orders online!

I called last week and ordered a bottle of champagne for my parents and beer mug for my husband. I was charged at the time I placed the order and was told the items would be there when we get to the room.

I mailed mine in and got charged on the day my order was received. All the items that I ordered were in my stateroom on day #1 when guests were able to go to their room.

Do it every cruise. Never had any issues. It's a separate payment at time of order as others have said. You can either mail/fax in the downloaded form or just call the main DCL #.

We don't drink alcohol but they offer sparkling apple cider. We get it every cruise and it is wonderful.
