Preordered Beauty & Beast DVD at WDW

Did anyone else preorder the Beauty and the Beast DVD while visiting WDW this summer? While my daughter was filling a box of Mr. Potato Head parts at Once Upon a Toy a cast member told me about a special deal that was being offered. For 24.99 US we could preorder Beauty & the Beast special edition, get a free B & the B collectible pin, and a free video or dvd of one of the following, Hercules, The Kid, Life Size, Mighty Joe Young, The Adventures of Ichabod and Mr. Toad or Whispers: an Elephant's Tale. PLUS free shipping and handling even to Canada. We filled out a form, paid, received our free pin and were told the rest would be shipped between Oct. 9 and Oct. 19. So far I haven't seen anything. I now notice that the fine print says Duties and taxes (I already paid Florida sales tax but I'm sure there could be more taxes) are the responsibility of the recipient. Could it be held up at Canada customs? Did anyone else order this? Have you received it?

I am currently at school and my copy was sent to my home. However, I talk to my fiancee every night and he hasn't mentioned it yet (and we went through the mail together on the phone yesterday). I hope it comes soon. I am wondering if getting each one together with the free dvd is holding it up.

I pre-ordered our copy in August. I received our videos the day after the movie was released in stores. I did call WDW Ordering Dept. the day before, however, because I was under the impression from a friend that when you pre-oder from Disney that you receive it the day it is released. This is not the case. The CM explained that the movies ship anywhere from 1 day to two weeks after release.

I pre-orded mine at disney too in Sept. No it has not arrived yet.
B&tB has been out long enough I think those of us who pre-ordered should already havve gotten them by now. I was thinking og Pre-ordering L&S but I'll have to see how long this one takes.

I pre-ordered mine on the very last day (Oct. 7) and haven't received it yet either.

Do you still have your receipt? I called the number on the back and inquired about mine. I received it the next day.

If you need the number, I will try to locate my receipt.

I called the long distance number on the receipt and was told that WDW Mail Order was overwhelmed by this promotion. If you want any information you have to call 1-866-899-8896 in the US and 1-877-823-0804 in Canada to find out any information. I called the Canadian number and was told that Canadian orders are backlogged as they have been having computer problems.

Ordered mine in Sept and already have it. Don't remember when I got it but it wasn't long after the release date.
