Preorder Minnie Van?

Can I preorder a Minnie van for a specific time?

We are doing EMM at the MK and HS on our upcoming trip. I’m worried about missing one of the early buses and then trying to use a Minnie Van as back up. I have read some possible issues with availability early in the morning.

We have two car seat aged kids so we need the Minnie van over normal Uber.

Can I schedule a Minnie Van to pick us up at a certain time the night before?
 
Were you aware that park bound buses begin around 6:30 AM every day? That bus, and possibly even the 7-ish one, should get you to each park in time to fully enjoy EMM.

Thanks. Yes I am aware they start that early. I have just been reading some reports of others just missing a bus and then the wait for the next creeps into their EMM time. I'm just trying to figure out my options so avoid any extra stress. I think I will just make sure we are at the bus stop bright and early.
 
Bus from Poly to HS for EMM 100% worked for us. You just need to be out there by 6:20 or so. Our bus came at 6:31am. We were only ones on bus and there in 10 minutes. Of course bus delays can always happen.

I wasn’t aware they started that early. We have an ADR for Crystal Palace, so would you suggest starting around 730 to get to MK?
 
No, sorry. It's an on-demand service.

The only one that can be pre-arranged is a handicap-accessible van.

I'm taking my mother to MK EMM for Mother's Day Sunday, and she'll be in an ECV. When DH and I try for early arrivals, we just try to catch the earliest bus and if anything goes wrong, we order a Minnie Van on the spot. I am gathering I cannot request an accessible Minnie Van on demand, so can anyone tell me if I need to rearrange, can I cancel if we are able to get to the bus on time? Also, how do I actually request a van in advance, since the Lyft app won't show the option?
 
Ask at the hotel how to get an accessible Minnie Van. There's a number you have to call. Don't know about the cancellation policy.
 
WDW Transportation is the easiest option as recommend by pp, IMHO I would not be too worried, one of the perks of staying on-site at a WDW resort is not having to worry about transportation :)

On the cancellation fee, I'm not sure whether Lyft's standard fees apply to the MVs, but their standard cancellation fee is $5 for a canceled on-demand ride and $10 for a canceled scheduled ride.

However, like most things Lyft, there are some requirements for the cancellation. The driver must arrive at the pickup point, at least attempt to call the rider, and wait the prescribed time. The normal cancellation time is 5 minutes, but I don't accept scheduled rides from either company, so I don't know if there is a longer cancellation window for a scheduled ride.
 
I don't believe that apply for the accessible vehicles though.
You don't use the app for them at all.
You can only request them via a phone call
